TERMS OF TICKET USE AND EVENT ATTENDANCE

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These terms and conditions govern the purchase and use of tickets for events organized by the fighting organization.

By purchasing a ticket, the attendee confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms.

2. EVENT ORGANIZATION

The organizer provides services related to hosting and conducting a sports and entertainment event, including:

- organization of fights and show programs

- provision of the event venue

- granting spectator access according to the purchased ticket category

- technical and organizational support of the event

The organizer is responsible for conducting the event in the announced format, except in cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond the organizer’s control.

3. TICKET PURCHASE

A ticket grants the right to attend the event one time only.

After successful payment, the ticket is considered purchased and the service agreement is considered concluded.

The buyer is solely responsible for:

- providing accurate purchase information

- keeping the ticket safe

- arriving at the event on time

- reviewing the event date, time, and location

4. EVENT ATTENDANCE RULES

Attendees must comply with public order and safety requirements at the event venue.

The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any attendee from the event without compensation in cases including:

- aggressive behavior

- severe alcohol or drug intoxication

- violation of safety rules

- threats toward other attendees, participants, or staff

- attempts to bring prohibited items into the venue

5. EVENT CHANGES

The organizer reserves the right to:

- change the event schedule

- replace fighters or participants on the card

- modify the event program

- postpone or reschedule the event if necessary

Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The organizer is not responsible for:

- attendees’ personal belongings

- transportation or weather-related issues

- inability to attend the event due to personal reasons

- actions of third parties

- interruptions related to internet, communication services, or systems beyond the organizer’s control

7. PHOTO AND VIDEO RECORDING

During the event, attendees are strictly prohibited from making any photo or video recordings of the event, fights, screens, fighter entrances, show program, or any other elements of the event, including recordings made on mobile phones or personal devices, without prior written permission from the organizer.

The following actions are also prohibited:

- live streaming from the event

- publishing full fight recordings

- distributing event materials for resale, piracy, or in any way that may harm the organizer

- publishing content containing fight results or key event moments before the organizer’s official release

All event content is the intellectual property of the organizer and is protected by applicable law.

The organizer reserves the right to demand that recording stop immediately, remove an attendee from the event without compensation, and take additional measures necessary to protect its rights and content.

By attending the event, the attendee also agrees that official photo and video recording may be conducted by the organizer during the event.

The organizer reserves the right to use materials containing the attendee’s image for promotional, informational, and marketing purposes without additional consent or compensation.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS

The organizer reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.

The latest version of the terms will be published on the organizer’s official resources.
